We make touring easy, with online tour scheduler, offering in-person, virtual and self-guided tours. Please be prepared to show Government Issued Photo ID to tour our community.

To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 3X total rent.

You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit your application in person. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner and to be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. At the time you submit your application, a processing fee and document fee of $40 per applicant and a lease initiation fee of $199 will be due. If it has been longer than 7 days, please call the front office at 801-396-7209 and we would be happy to check on the status of your application.

We are excited for you to call Promontory Point home! Move-in expenses include your 1st month’s rent and security deposit. Any other service you have added on will also be due at that time. Wasatch has partnered with Jetty to meet your deposit requirements with a small, one-time payment. Learn more.

Your rent payment includes your monthly rent plus any additional bundle services you signed up for at the time of your lease. We do not include utility services such as water or electricity in your rental rate.

Our residents are our #1 priority. We strive to respond to all service requests within 3 hours to ensure your home is maintained to your satisfaction**. Non-emergency service requests are handled during regular business hours. You can request maintenance service from the convenience of your own home via our resident portal! You can also call 801-637-0460 to request help from our maintenance team. You may choose to be present and give us a preferred time to come by or you may give us permission to enter in your absence. *Tip you can download our resident portal app for more convenience. Look up RentCafe Resident on your preferred app store to have easy access to your resident portal.

We are proud to call Promontory Point pet friendly! Our non-refundable pet fee is $350 and our monthly pet rent is $40 per pet. In addition, a 60 lb pet weight limit applies. 

Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking include open unassigned or reserve a covered parking spot for only $25 a month.

Students living at Promontory Point attend Canyons Technical Education Center, Challenger School, East Sandy Elementary School, Peruvian Park Elementary, Union Middle School, and Hillcrest High School. For more information about schools in our neighborhood visit Canyons School District. We are also conveniently located near Salt Lake Community College, University of Utah and Western Governors University.

We offer washers and dryers in select units. If the apartment does not include the washer and dryer in the unit, they all have washer and dryer hookups and we partner with 3rd party companies that can rent a set for $40. We no longer offer the rentals here.
